What is CIGNAL PLAY?
Cignal play is an online streaming service where subscribers can enjoy live TV channels, catch-up episodes of local pay TV shows, and a wide variety of series and movies on demand. Register via Cignalplay.com and enjoy the service for free. Users may also download the Cignal Play mobile app via Google Play Store and register. Cignal play users can also upgrade to enjoy unrestricted access for P75/30 days.
What devices can I use to watch on Cignal Play?
For now, you can access Cignal Play app using Android smartphones or using desktop just visit www.cignalplay.com. Watch out for our announcement for Apple users.
Are HD Streams Available?
Depending on the quality of your data connection, channels that are offered as HD will be delivered in high definition
Is it available to all?
Yes, anyone can enjoy the service even if one is not a Cignal subscriber. The streaming app is initially available for android. But anyone can stream via mobile or desktop browser via www.cignalplay.com.
What can I watch on Cignal Play?
With Cignal Play, you have access to Live TV and local and premium TV shows and movies.
Is it free?
You only have free access with Cignal Play Basic subscription where you can watch select live TV channels, series and movies. You can upgrade your subscription with Cignal Play Premium for only P75 for unrestricted access.
How do I sign up?
You just need to follow 4 easy steps! Once you've download the Cignal Play app via Google Playstore, launch the app and you can register from there: 1. Sign-up for free using any valid email address. Provide your name, password, security question and answer. 2. Verify your email address. 3. Log-in using the email address and password that you have registered using your Cignal Play App or via Cignal Play website. 4. Enjoy watching your favorite channels, TV shows and movies! One can also register thru the website, www.cignalplay.com.ph
What are the available subscriptions?
Once you register on Cignal Play, you will automatically get the FREE Cignal Play Basic subscription. This allows you to watch select live channels, series and movies for free. If you wish to watch more channels, series and movies, you can upgrade to Cignal Play Premium via e-PINS or if you're already a Cignal Postpaid subscriber you can charge it to your Cignal Postpaid bill. There will be more payment options unlocked in the future for all users.
I'm already a Cignal subscriber. Will I be able to watch the channels in my current plan in the Cignal Play app?
It will depend on your current Cignal subscription. For Plans 1050 and up, channels will reflect on the Cignal Play app. For Plans 720 below, you will get Cignal Play Basic but you can upgrade to Cignal Play Premium. Note that your Cignal Play channel line up is also subject to each channel's broadcast rights when it comes to app streaming so it is possible that your channels are less than what you have on your Cignal subscription.
Where can I get E-PINS?

The app did not accept the e-PIN that I've inputted. What do I do?
Check if you bought the correct e-PIN for Cignal Play Premium subscription. Double check if the e-PIN code is inputted correctly. Lastly, e-PIN code could only be used once. If code has been used before, please get another e-PIN for Cignal Play Premium and try again.
How to upgrade to Cignal Play Premium?
As of the moment, you can upgrade to Cignal Play Premium using e-PINS! Here's how: 1. Purchase your e-PIN for only P75 from Load Central, Muenchen, MegaPay, Glyph, J6W partners. 2. Once you have your e-PIN, log in to www.cignalplay.com using your desktop or mobile web browser. 3. Go to Manage Plan and click on Upgrade to Premium. 4. Click on e-PIN under Payment Options. 5. Fill in the field under Enter Your Cignal e-PIN. 6. Click on Redeem Your e-PIN after inputting your e-PIN code. You will be prompted with "Account upgraded to Premium" If you're a Cignal Postpaid subscriber, you may opt to have your Cignal Play Premium subscription charged to your Cignal Bill. Here's how: 1. Register / Log in to www.cignalplay.com using your desktop or mobile web browser. 2. Go to Manage Plan and click on Link Account. Fill in the required fields: Subscriber Type: Cignal Postpaid or Cignal Over Fiber, Account Number, Smart Card/CCA Number/Birthday. 3. Click on Upgrade to Premium. 4. Click on Proceed to continue charging Cignal Play Premium to your Cignal monthly bill. You will be prompted with "Account upgraded to Premium"

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
In the log-in page of the app or website, click "Forgot Password". Input the email address that you've registered and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Can I still watch Cignal Play even if my Cignal Play Premium has expired?
Yes. But you can only access channels, series and movies that are in the Cignal Play Basic. Make sure to keep on subscribing to Cignal Play Premium to watch more channels, series and movies!
Up to how many devices can I watch at the same time?
As of the moment, only 1 active device per account is allowed. Please stay tuned for further upgrades on the Cignal Play app.
What channels could I access if I have a Cignal TV subscription plan?
FOR CIGNAL SUBS (PLAN 1050 AND UP) Accessible channels are dependent on your active Cignal TV plan. You get to mirror allowed channels from your Cignal TV subscription on Cignal Play. You can order from the Add-on channels list available and charge it to your bill. FOR CIGNAL SUBS (PLAN 720 AND BELOW) You could access channels under Cignal Play Basic. You can upgrade to Cignal Play Premium to gain more access to channels and mirror allowed channels from your Cignal TV subscription on Cignal Play. You can order from the Add-on channels list available and charge to your bill. FOR NON-CIGNAL SUBS (CIGNAL PLAY ONLY) You could access channels under Cignal Play Basic. You can upgrade to Cignal Play Premium to gain more access to channels. You can order from the Add-on channels list available. Upgrading to Cignal Play Premium and purchasing Add-on channels is done via e-PINs.*Note: Cignal Postpaid subscribers must have an active account to enjoy allowed mirror channels. If account is disconnected or downgraded then the subscriber will only get Cignal Play BASIC access.
Are live TV channels shown in real time?
Yes, what is being broadcasted on TV is what you will see on the Cignal Play app.
Can I download videos?
You can't download videos as of the moment, but we are working on this feature! Please stay tuned to our page for further announcements.
Can I access Cignal Play outside of the Philippines?
Unfortunately, you can only access Cignal Play in the Philippines. This is in compliance with the licensing agreements with the different channel and content providers.

Why is the video Lagging or Buffering?
Our technology will automatically adjust for best viewing experience based on available data connection quality. However, if you are still having issues, please check on the quality of your bandwidth if it is capable of playing videos. CIGNAL PLAY is best experienced on internet speeds higher than 1mbps.
Why am I getting errors saying content is not available on my region?
Cignal Play content are only available in the Philippines. Geographical restrictions apply to streaming content outside.
