CIGNAL PLAY is an Over-the-Top (OTT) service for existing Cignal TV subscribers in the Philippines, that includes a range of premium content, including VOD (Video on Demand) and LIVE channels. It is an all-inclusive entertainment offering with a simple and smooth experience.
What Devices are compatible?
CIGNAL PLAY is compatible with android, iOS devices, and PC Web Browsers • Android: Jelly Bean 4.1 - 4.3.1, KitKat 4.4 - 4.4.4, Lollipop 5.0 - 5.1.1, Marshmallow 6.0 - 6.0.1, Nougat 7.0 - 7.1.2 • iOS: iOS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 • Web Browsers: IE 10+, Chrome 22+, Firefox 19+, and Safari 5.x+ on Mac OS
Are HD Streams Available?
Depending on the quality of your data connection, channels that are offered as HD will be delivered in high definition
How do I Sign Up?
For Existing Cignal TV subscribers in the Philippines, just visit cignalplay.com and register using your Cignal account number. If you have registered prior, you may use your Cignal account username and password to log- in.
Who can sign up for CIGNAL PLAY?
Cignal Postpaid Subscribers can access CIGNAL PLAY upon complete registration. The CIGNAL PLAY subscription is bundled with your Cignal Postpaid Plan.

Why is the video Lagging or Buffering?
Our technology will automatically adjust for best viewing experience based on available data connection quality. However, if you are still having issues, please check on the quality of your bandwidth if it is capable of playing videos. CIGNAL PLAY is best experienced on internet speeds higher than 1mbps.
Why am I getting errors saying content is not available on my region?
Cignal Play content are only available in the Philippines. Geographical restrictions apply to streaming content outside.
